Included with every service call we provide an 8 point plumbing inspection

Water heater safety check
Pressure check
Emergency shut off check
Toilet operation check
Hose faucet check
Kitchen faucet/garbage disposal check
Lavatory faucet check
Sewer cleanout cap check

We provide a report with pictures attached of each item with any concerns we may have and provide a condition status.

If you are a landlord or tenant we will need the following information to provide service

Property owners *Name – Phone # – Email
Tenants *Name – Phone # – Email
Name Person solely responsible for payment of service call
We Provide E-sign estimates for easy approval from afar

Considerations

We charge $159 dollar service charge paid at time of scheduling (non refundable)
We only provide same day service if all parties can be reached at time of arrival to property.
Tenants paying for services may be required to provide owner authorization to perform work.
We only provide professional solutions, we do not offer handyman services or perform work that does not meet code minimums.
If we encounter unsafe gas related conditions we may call Texas Gas service to asses

The $159 service charge will be applied toward any approved service estimate performed same day or scheduled at time of service.
